A Message from Our Founder
“The moment I stopped believing Stress and Burnout was the Price for Leadership”
For years, I wore my exhaustion like a badge of honor. Long nights, back-to-meetings, skipping lunch – it all felt like proof I was committed, and that I was doing leadership right. Then came a time when everything just blurred together. My email inbox was overflowing, I was running on caffeine and adrenaline, my blood pressure and anxiety began to rise significantly, my team was overwhelmed and anxious, I caught myself snapping at my staff and colleagues.
One night the stress was so bad, I sat in my car in the parking lot too tired to turn the key. And I asked myself a question that I never dared to before: “What if Leadership didn’t have to cost me my health, peace, and joy?” That moment sent me on my doctoral journey to study Emotional Intelligence – not as a “soft skill”, but as a core leadership competency. I learned how self-awareness, empathy, self-control, motivation and social skills could transform not just relationships but results of self-resiliency.
Now, I help others do the same by creating environment of turning insight into action, and action into lasting change. Because when leaders lead with Emotional Intelligence, leaders don’t survive, they thrive…. And teams don’t just work harder; they work better together.
